I’m Rachel. I am a 21 year old college art student working toward a degree in Graphic Design and I have Type 1 Diabetes.
I was diagnosed with diabetes when I was 8 years old. My mother and my little sister also have type 1 diabetes. During the summer I work at a summer camp for children with type 1 diabetes.
I make art, designs and video projects about diabetes and share them with the Diabetes Online Community.
I blog on a 3 day basis, however because I am a College student It’s not always a planned 3 day blog week. (Hang in there with me!)
I can only talk about what I know. I am a 21 yr old type 1 diabetic so that is what I share with you. I am not a doctor so you should see yours before changing any regiments.
